2. The "Audit" Protocol

Our editorial and data teams operate independently of our revenue partnerships. We do not accept payment for positive reviews.

• We link to tools regardless of whether they pay us a commission.
• We rank tools based on performance metrics (Price, UI latency, Feature density), not commission rates.
• We frequently recommend open-source or free alternatives that pay us nothing.

3. Skimlinks & Networks

We use third-party technologies such as Skimlinks to automatically affiliate commercial links depending on the vendor. These networks help us sustain our infrastructure costs without running intrusive display ads or selling user data.
